04 Employer Rating Anonymity
🔒 Core Design Principle
The anonymity of employer ratings is a foundational feature of the Platform, implemented at the technical architecture level. We take this commitment seriously.
When a Rep rates a previous employer:
- The individual rating is never displayed to any user, including Employers.
- Only the aggregate average rating and total number of ratings are shown on job postings.
- We do not disclose which Reps have rated which companies.
- Aggregate ratings require a minimum threshold of ratings before being displayed to prevent identification through small sample sizes.
- Employer ratings cannot be subpoenaed or disclosed in response to legal requests from the rated employer, except as required by a valid court order.
- Upon account deletion, individual ratings are permanently disassociated from your identity. Aggregate data may be retained.
05 How We Share Your Information
5.1 With Other Platform Users
- Rep profiles (excluding employer ratings) are visible to Employers who have active accounts, subject to your visibility settings.
- PACE Assessment results (archetype, comp style, lifestyle fit) are visible to Employers viewing your profile if you have enabled sharing.
- Employer job postings and aggregate company ratings are visible to Reps.
5.2 With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting
- Stripe — payment processing for web purchases and employer subscriptions
- RevenueCat — in-app purchase management for mobile app entitlements
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery (PACE results, notifications)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
5.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RepWorx, our users, or the public.
5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
06 Data We Do Not Sell
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your personal data with data brokers or advertising networks. RepWorx products are ad-free.
