What is RepWorx?
RepWorx is a professional network and reputation platform built for B2B sales reps and the employers and recruiters who want to find them. You build a verified track record, earn a RepWorx Score, and get discovered by top companies.
How do I join the beta?
RepWorx is currently invite-only. If you have a beta invite code, enter it when you create your account. Reps, employers, and recruiters each have their own invite code. Don't have one? Email

How is my RepWorx Score calculated?
Your RepWorx Score is a composite metric built from your self-reported performance data — quota attainment, win rate, deal size, and career revenue — along with your PACE Assessment results. It's one number that tells your whole story to employers.
Can I control who sees my profile and messages?
Yes. You can set your profile to public or private, choose whether you accept messages, and block specific people. A rep's job-search activity is never surfaced to their current employer.
What is the PACE Assessment?
PACE is our sales assessment that identifies your Sales Archetype, Compensation Style, and Lifestyle Fit. Results can sync to your RepWorx profile. Learn more at

Does RepWorx sell my data or show ads?
No. RepWorx products are ad-free, and we do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. See our

Update your account
You can edit your profile, performance data, photo, and privacy settings anytime from within the app under your profile.
Export or delete your data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request a data export or to delete your account and associated data, email privacy@repworx.app with the subject line "Data Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll process verified requests promptly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
