Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the RepWorx platform, mobile applications, or any related services operated by Okie Apps LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Okie Apps LLC. By accessing or using the Platform — including RepWorx (repworx.app), the RepWorx mobile app, and the PACE Assessment site (pace.repworx.app) — you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Description of Services

RepWorx is a predictive sales intelligence platform that connects sales professionals ("Reps") with employers seeking to hire qualified sales talent ("Employers"). The Platform includes:

03 User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to access most Platform features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@repworx.app of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Rep account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

04 Rep Profile and Performance Data

4.1 Accuracy of Self-Reported Data

Reps are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to their profiles, including quota attainment, win rates, deal sizes, career revenue, assessment results, and employment history. RepWorx does not verify self-reported performance data.

⚠ Important

Submitting false or materially misleading performance data is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension. Employers rely on this data to make hiring decisions.

4.2 RepWorx Score

The RepWorx Score is a composite metric calculated algorithmically from your self-reported profile data and assessment inputs. It is provided for informational and matching purposes only. We make no representations that the Score accurately predicts job performance, employability, or any other outcome. The Score is subject to change as you update your profile.

4.3 Profile Visibility

By default, your Rep profile is visible to Employers with active accounts on the Platform. You may adjust your profile visibility at any time through account settings. Choosing to hide your profile will prevent new employers from discovering you but will not affect active applications.

05 Employer Obligations

5.1 Job Postings

Employers agree that all job postings will accurately describe the position, including title, responsibilities, compensation ranges, and employment type. Misleading or fraudulent job postings are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Non-Discrimination

Employers agree to comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws. The Platform may not be used to discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.

5.3 Candidate Data

Employers may access Rep profile data only for the purpose of evaluating candidates for legitimate employment opportunities. Employers may not use Rep data for any other purpose, including reselling, marketing to candidates outside the Platform, or building competing talent databases.

5.4 PACE Fit Matching

PACE fit preferences submitted with job postings are used algorithmically to surface matching candidates. Employers acknowledge that PACE archetypes are one data point among many and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

06 PACE Assessment

6.1 Purchase and Access

The PACE Assessment is a paid, one-time purchase available at pace.repworx.app. Upon successful payment, you receive access to your full assessment results, including your Sales Archetype, Compensation Style, and Lifestyle Fit. Results are delivered via email and stored in your RepWorx profile.

6.2 Results Sync

PACE Assessment results are automatically synced to your RepWorx profile when you use the same email address on both platforms. By taking the PACE Assessment, you authorize us to sync these results to your RepWorx profile and make them visible to Employers according to your visibility settings.

6.3 No Refunds on Assessments

Due to the digital nature of assessment results, all PACE Assessment purchases are final and non-refundable once results have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your results, contact support@repworx.app within 7 days of purchase.

6.4 Informational Purpose Only

PACE Assessment results are provided for informational and career guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional career counseling, psychological assessment, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.

07 Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Employer Subscription Plans

Employer access to premium features (unlimited search, direct candidate contact, advanced filters) requires a paid subscription. Current plans:

Growth
$99 / month

Unlimited searches, direct contact, 5 active job posts, PACE filters.

Pro
$299 / month

Everything in Growth plus ATS integrations, unlimited posts, analytics.

Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7.2 Payment Processing

Web payments are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play, managed via RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service. We do not store full payment card information.

7.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

7.4 Cross-Platform Purchases

A PACE Assessment purchased on the web (via Stripe) will be recognized in the mobile app through our Stripe–RevenueCat entitlement sync. If you experience any issue with cross-platform recognition, contact support within 30 days of purchase.

7.5 Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable sales tax. Okie Apps LLC is registered in Oklahoma and will collect applicable sales tax on digital goods as required by law.

08 Employer Ratings

Reps may submit anonymous ratings of previous employers. You agree that:

We reserve the right to remove ratings that we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or to be fraudulent or abusive.

09 Referral Program

RepWorx may offer a referral program allowing Reps to invite other sales professionals to the Platform. By participating:

You agree not to:

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the RepWorx name, logo, design, software, algorithms, text, graphics, and assessment frameworks, is owned by or licensed to Okie Apps LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to your profile. By submitting content, you grant Okie Apps LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

The "RepWorx Score" methodology and "PACE Assessment" framework are proprietary to Okie Apps LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these systems without written permission.

12 Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in employment, improved hiring outcomes, or any specific business result. Rep scores, PACE archetypes, and match percentages are provided for informational purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKIE APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OKIE APPS LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Okie Apps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through account settings. Upon termination, your profile data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active employer subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

16 Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@repworx.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

16.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

16.3 Waiver of Class Action

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
